The following 2 screens show what to look for before you can successfully download the full version of EndNote.

You can click on the file or save the file, depending on your browser (Chrome and Firefox shown below)

When you click on the download link (below) you will be prompted to login with your NID and NID Password (even on campus).Īfter logging in the screen will refresh and the file should start downloading. If the software prompts you for a 'product key/serial number' the file has not been extracted. Our EndNote software is a zipped file, you will need to extract the files before you can download to your computer.
